- Use a clear subject such as "Security review", "DPA request", "Subprocessor review", "Data rights request", or "Opt-out request".
- Include your company, request type, affected domain or business record if relevant, and a safe reply address.
- Expected first response is within two business days; security-impact reports are prioritized.
- Do not send secrets, passwords, private mailbox exports, raw CRM files, or sensitive customer files through email.
- Members with product issues should also open an in-app support ticket so fix time and customer confirmation can be tracked.
- Security issues are triaged separately from product support and should include safe reproduction steps.
- GoLowKey is currently pre-incorporation; registered entity and address details will be added before paid enterprise contracting.
