Data Processing Addendum request path.
GoLowKey offers a public path for customers and buyers to request DPA review before expanded provider access or enterprise use. The request path is intentionally separate from member lead search.
Private beta: $0, no payment method, 4 daily leads standard, 20 after an optional verified email or CRM connection.
- Request a DPA review at /trust-request or by emailing admin@golowkey.app with the subject "DPA request".
- DPA/security packet requests receive an expected first response within two business days.
- Standard 4/day access does not require email or CRM provider connection.
- Optional email or CRM connection is scoped to business signal summaries and requires explicit consent.
- Raw mailbox exports, raw CRM dumps, private cell lists, and unapproved people-contact data are not accepted.
- Provider signal summaries can be revoked and deletion can be requested from the account privacy controls.
- DPA terms are reviewed case by case until a formal self-serve DPA packet is published.
- Retention: support and operational audit records are capped at 180 days; provider signal summaries are deleted on customer request or by the daily cleanup after a provider connection expires.
- GoLowKey is pre-incorporation and does not represent that a registered company, SCC package, or self-serve enterprise DPA is available yet.
